What we collect
When you submit a project brief, CRL receives the contact, company, website, market, category and decision information you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment data, customer records or confidential files through the website form or assistant.
Abuse prevention
To protect the form from automated abuse, CRL temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the requesting network address and a submission counter. Expired rate-limit records are routinely deleted and are not used for marketing.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, recommend scope, respond to you, maintain necessary business records and, if you approve a project, deliver the agreed work. We do not sell inquiry information.
Where it is processed
Website briefs are stored in CRL’s restricted project inbox. If email delivery is enabled, the same brief may also be processed by our transactional email provider to alert CRL. If the generative site assistant is enabled, the short chat transcript may be processed by OpenAI to produce a response. The assistant is designed for public package and scope questions; do not enter confidential information.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the business conversation, recordkeeping and dispute prevention. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry unless retention is legally required.
Public research and client data
Competitor research uses public sources unless another source is explicitly approved. Raw client sales or inventory data is accepted only under a separately confirmed scope and must not include unnecessary personal customer information.
